SELF-esteem assessment

Self-esteem is the way you see yourself as a person. This translates into self-worth —how much you value yourself as a person. This assessment tool is designed to help you determine the level of your self-esteem.

Read the following statements. If you agree with a statement more than you disagree, choose "Agree". If you disagree with the statement more than you agree, select "Disagree".

Please be honest; there are no right or wrong answers.
