EMOTIONAL intelligence assessment

This questionnaire allows you to assess your emotional intelligence, or your ability to recognize your feelings and those of others. The questionnaire is broken down into four categories: self-awareness; self-management; the awareness of others and relating to others.

Using the following scale from 1-5, indicate to what extent each statement applies to you.

  • 5 = Agree strongly
  • 4 = Agree to some extent
  • 3 = Neither agree nor disagree
  • 2 = Disagree somewhat
  • 1 = Disagree strongly

Self Awareness
