This checklist is designed to help you assess how well you delegate. Think about the last time you delegated a task. Read each question and select "yes" or "no".

Thinking about the last time you delegated a task, did you:

Delegate according to the person's ability and skill level?

Clarify what was required, by when and why?

Make it clear when you delegated what the person was responsible for and what they were not responsible for?

Explain what the results should look like?
